If your earnings don’t reach $25 each week, then there are some other options which can keep you in touch with Google AdSense support. These options include the Help Center and Troubleshooters. These two options will solve your issues. If you fail to find any solution at Help Center, then you can give direct mail of AdSense a try. In most cases, your query is responded if it is ethical. To reach AdSense support via direct mail, drop a polite email at adsense-support@google.com. You will surely get a response.
